Swapped #3 spark plug and ignition coil, cleared codes, codes have not reset at this time. Customer stated that spark plugs and coils were replaced at another repair shop. Advised customer to return to shop where plugs and coils were previously replaced at.

Undercarriage soaked in engine oil. Valve cover gasket was leaking. Replaced valve cover gasket and spark plugs, added oil dye and advised customer to return in 1-2 weeks to check for any other oil leaks.
