2012 Nissan Xterra
Mileage185,182Service Date10/15/2025Services Performed- Scanned ECM for codes-none found. Installed fuel pressure gauge while attempting to recreate stall condition. Found fuel pressure would drop to 10psi once key was in off position and fuel pressure would be slow to increase with key on engine off. Fuel pump was faulty.
- Replaced fuel pump assembly and checked fuel pressure afterwards. Pressure does not drop when key is in off position. Road tested vehicle, tech did note that engine does run a little lean. Advised customer to return for further diagnosis if check engine light/service engine soon light comes on.
