CHECK ALTERNATOR AND CLEAN HEADLAMPS
P0520 Engine oil pressure sensor circuit. Charging system ok. Found fuel pressure dropping when engine is turned off. Fuel pumps were no good.
Front end would shift when brakes were applied or released. Front lower forward control arm bushings were no good.
Wheel Alignment
Oil pressure switch faulty, oil pressure switch part of engine oil cooler assembly.
Remove and Replace Motor Oil and Oil Filter, Lube Chassis., Check tire pressure and all Fluid Levels. Check belts, hoses, exhaust system and brakes.

Remove all accessories necessary for timing belt replacement. Remove and replace timing belt, idler and tensioner, water pump and v-belt. Re-install accessories, add new coolant and pressure check cooling system. Replace valve cover gaskets and road test.
Bank 2 sensor 2 oxygen sensor was switching from .750mv to .185mv indicating faulty bank 2 catalyst. Remove exhaust pipe, cut off old catalytic converter and weld in new catalytic converter. Re-install catalytic converter and pipe assembly.
